"We were tasked with finding a home for a friend moving from Oregon to Garland, TX. She was unable to travel to Texas to search for a home, so we started looking on her behalf. Upon signing up with Zillow and asking to see a house, I was contacted within 10 minutes by Sandy Mozur. Sandy was so easy to work with. She stayed in daily contact with us and our friend in Oregon, sending us homes she might be interested in, or if we found something we wanted to see on her behalf, all we had to do was contact Sandy and she made quick arrangements. She was always so accommodating, and it wasn't until we were a few weeks into the process that we realized she lived over an hour away, but never once hesitated to make our search a top priority.
After about 6 weeks, we found a home we felt sure would work and the entire process was handled without any issues, from making the offer to closing. Our Oregon friend is so excited to be in her new home in Texas and Sandy was right there with her all the way, even coming to help her unpack boxes and get settled.
